• We may ask for evidence of age or research purpose and may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only. They are not medicines, food, cosmetics, dietary supplements or medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Products must not be used on or administered to humans or animals in any way. By purchasing you confirm you will comply with our Research Use & Safety Policy. Any misuse is entirely at the buyer's own risk and responsibility, and will result in cancellation of any current or future orders.

We take care to describe products accurately, but descriptions are provided for research information only and do not constitute medical advice. Images are for illustration. Nothing on this website is a claim about the effect of any product on the human body.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch by email. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect the product is intended for non-research use.

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Due to the nature of research compounds, and to protect product integrity, sealed products cannot be returned once opened. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected where they apply. See our Shipping & Returns Policy.

• You are responsible for ensuring that purchase, possession and use of any product is lawful where you are.
• You must store, handle and dispose of products safely and in line with applicable laws.
• You must not resell products for human consumption or make medical claims about them.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss arising from misuse of products, use contrary to these terms, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant order.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of any product.

All content, branding and artwork on this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse it without permission. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or introduce malicious code.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
